Architectural works- Demolition- Externally and Internally. Construction of Basement and lowering of floor at Lower ground and other work associated with refurbishment. Masonry work and Door & Window installation/ modifications. New constructed extended mansard roof to accommodate Study,  Mister`s bathroom, Kitchenette.
